When you are ready to begin, you can start your order online. Once you submit your order, our team will review it, send any additional questions we may have, and provide an invoice for your approval based on the options selected.
We will process a 50% deposit to start the design process and send you a list of items we need to design the website. This list will vary depending on the options you selected and will ask for items such as your logo, preferred colors, photos, staff bios, etc. Additional options and features can be added if requested – your website consultant will invoice and process these additions before the website goes to final design.
Once we have some basic information such as your logo and design preferences, we will provide a non-functional “snapshot” of your home page. This rough mock-up will allow you to envision the website layout and color scheme.
When we have all of the information we have requested and your approval of the home page mock-up, we will charge the remaining balance and send your site to our designers.
After approximately 20 business days, you will be sent a link to review your new website. When you approve your new site, we will schedule a time to go live.

You website can facilitate more effective ads and other promotional materials by providing more information on clinical services, online registration forms for your events, a payment portal, and many more applications to save time and money.
